Upgrade notes:
Upgrade main memory from 1 EDO stick to 2 EDO sticks
- Remove memory ICs U29 and U31 (This is the 4MB of onboard memory).
- Populate an EDO memory socket into SM1.
Upgrade video memory from 1MB to 2MB
- Populate U27 and U30 with compatible 512kbyte EDO memory ICs. The chips already onboard for the first 1MB of video memory are V52C16258HK35. I used EliteMT M118416256A-25J.
Upgrade L2 cache from 256 KByte to 512 KByte
- Remove U34, U35, U36 and U37.
- Populate with IS61C1024-15J or better. IS61C1024AL-12JLI should also work.
- Populate R156 with a 0 Ohm 0603 resistor.
