wrench Known issues
  • Faulty SATA Controller

The SATA controller(s) is known to be faulty, which may cause problems with SATA devices such as data corruption or lockups.

notes Notes
  • The only known LGA 1156 board to use Intel 6-series chipset, although it only used the earlier B2 Stepping Intel P67 chipset (known for having the SATA II controller perfomance degradation bug), it never got updated with the newer B3 Stepping P67 chipset and instead, it got discountinued.

  • Motherboard doesn't support Clarkdale based CPUs (Dual Core Celeron/Pentium/Core i3/Core i5) due to hardware implementation limitations, only will work with with Lynnfield based CPUs (Quad Core Core i5 and i7)
