The GPU VRM section is located to the right of the "SFC" inductors under a heat sink. Some cards have left the factory with a protective plastic film still attached to the thermal silicon pad covering the 12 VRM MOSFETs, which inhibits cooling. Remove the plastic film from the silicon pad if that's the case to avoid a premature VRM failure.
