Daughter Boards
- JP1 - VESA feature connector
- JP2 - pin-based 16-bit ISA slot. There was rumored to be a Trident TVGA8900-based daughterboard that would fit this slot as an alternative to having a separate VGA card in a different ISA slot.
- JP17 - "GS-bus" a buffered variant of the 16-bit host bus. Designed to provide a daughterboard with a data stream (e.g. M-JPEG compressed video) from the host which could then be rendered and returned via JP18, the 32-bit "GS feature connector".
- JP18 - "GS feature connector" provides custom data overriding the VRAM contents for overlays, similar to the VGA/VESA feature connector.
- JP20 - The memory expansion PCB. Format is shared between the AA41 and AA51, but the AA51 memory expansion PCB has all 8 positions populated while the AA41 only has 4 populated positions. The memory bus width is 16 bit on the card and 16 bit on the expansion PCB (both for the AA41 and AA51).
